Nancy Li embarked on her real estate journey in 2004 after immigrating to America. With a natural talent for assisting both homebuyers and sellers, she quickly found her niche in the industry.
李梅于2004年移民美国后开始了她的房地产之旅。凭借着天生的才能，她迅速在这个行业找到了自己的定位，擅长协助买家和卖家。
It was fate when Nancy crossed paths with Steve Marlis, as they instantly connected on both a professional and personal level. Recognizing each other's strengths, Steve proposed the idea of forming a company where Nancy could focus on her passion for real estate while he took over the property management side. In 2011, Total Real Estate of Nevada officially opened its doors.

In 2013, Nancy received an invitation from Keller Williams to join their esteemed company, and the rest, as they say, is history.

The Nancy Li/Total Real Estate Team has grown from a team of one person and one desk to nearly forty people in the last decade. During the over ten years we have been in business, we have continuously provided service you can count on and completed thousands of transaction as well as managed nine hundred rental properties.

The team is divided into two parts; one part is the Keller Williams Nancy Li Team which is responsible for real estate transactions. Keller Williams is the world's largest chain real estate company. Known for providing the best professional level and skills training for its agents nationwide, only teams with a certain scale and strength can join KW, which also demonstrates the strength of the Nancy Li team.

The other part of the team is responsible for property management under Total Real Estate of Nevada. The team has over a dozen members, divided into departments such as HOA, maintenance, accounting, and leasing to provide more detailed and precise services to clients. In addition we have multilingual employees that are fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, and Spanish to provide barrier-free communication for landlords and tenants.
